The thing with prawns, crabs etc is that they are all bottom feeders, basically eating the yucky leftovers from everyone else! I don;t know how much of a risk listeria would be at such a late stage of pregnancy. If it were me, I would probably steer clear of any "risky" foods, but I was a bit of a nazi during my pregnancy! Lol.

Eating fresh, hot cooked seafood is perfectly safe. I would suggest to be extra safe make sure your seafood is still frozen when you buy it and defrost it in the fridge, then cook it yourself.
Advertised 'fresh" seafood means it has not been frozen, but could be a couple of weeks old, already filleted fish is generally the oldest, buy a whole fish and ask for it to be filleted to be safer.
Cooked shell fish such as mussles and oysters can carry a risk, never eat the raw.

If you plan to cook you ham on the bone and eat it when hot will be safe, otherwise I would avoid cold ham.
