I just got back from my 30weeks appointment and my doctor commented that bub's head was quite low. She didn't seem concerned at all and it was more of a comment in passing sort of thing. I mentioned to her that this bub feels so much lower than my first. I was a little worried as i'm off to Fiji for a week next week and i started freaking out that i could go into labour there! But my Dr just laughed and said she didn't think i'd go into labour anytime soon (thank God, he needs to cook some more first ) as although bub's head is low she can still fit a finger under it.
Anyway i've noticed a lot more pressure 'down low' iykwim during this pregnancy and i'm just curious as to whether this might mean i'll go into labour before my EDD. right from the beginning i have had a feeling that this bub will come early, say 38 weeks instead of 40. So i'm just curious to see if any other ladies have had there bub sit quite low early on and gone into labour before there EDD. Of course i don't want bub to come out too early but i just have a feeling it'll be before his EDD. I've been getting groin pain this time round which i didn't get with my first and i feel like there's heaps more weight in my pelvic/vaginal area (sorry for TMI ) than there was with my first as well.
