Oh hun i really sympathise, i suffered constant vomitting until 12 weeks. One thing helped me immensely: about 4 almonds (plain not salted) every hour or so. I would even eat these through the night as i would wake up to vomit. I bought the organic ones.

The other thing depending on if you can stomach it, real fruit juice icey poles to keep your fluids up.

Stay strong and know that it does pass!

Had this with both pregnancies... Maxalon took the edge off, but not really. Found I could eat cheese twisties of all things, and sometimes orange jelly. Water with a lemon squeezed in was ok, but not any other fluids. Frosty fruits sometimes worked too.

Accupuncture worked for 48 hours at a time, so I would have a treatment if I was going out somewhere so I could at least enjoy myself for one day. It gets too expensive to have it too often though.

Just look forward to 2nd trimester as it usually goes away then. Monie went at 12 weeks 1st preg and at 14 weeks this time. It's not fun, but don't worry about harming your baby, it will take what it needs from your reserves.
