Dry sao's. Seriously. Plain dry sao's are the only reason I am alive right now (LOL!). And sipping water. Just a mouthful every 10 minutes or so. I struggled with plain water, so have cordial. I found munching on dry sao's and sipping ice cold water with cordial was my lifesaver, it really helped me. Lemonade was good for me as I had such a hard time burping without vomiting, and lemonade helped me being up gas without running for the toilet.

Taking my vitamins (at night before bed was best for me) really helped too. I know, just the thought of trying to swallow one of them is gag inducing, but they helped. I took them at night, it helped a lot, I think because my body absorbed it at night maybe so I wasn't waking up empty IYKWIM. You'll know the best time to take them. Take one in the morning and one at night if that helps...?

Ginger didn't really work for me (mainly because I hate ginger so the thought of eating it was enough to get me gagging).

I actually found peppermint tea worked quiet well too, and even just smelling some peppermint oil (dab some on neck and wrists... might be able to put it in an oil burner but I'm not sure on that) helped to cut the nausea down enough for me to eat something.

Don't be afraid of eating unhealthy if thats what you want... for the first few weeks I really wanted unhealthy foodss, but I tried to cram in healthy food, only to bring it back up again. Just eat what you feel like, and don't try to eat something because you should.

I also had to put an alarm on at night (frustrating for Shel, but essential for about a week or two) to wake me up every 2 hours to have something to eat. I just ate some Sao's when the alarm went off. If I didn't do that I would be soooooo sick in the morning. AND drink water at night too.... I still wake up sick now if I haven't had a glass of water during the night. Yeah I have to pee more, but I don't feel sick so i'm ok with frequent trips to the toilet to pee (rather than spew :ms.

Definately visit your doctor every few days. I know that seems excessive, but if you aren't eating much or drinking much water, dehydration is a serious concern and its essential that you are treated for that ASAP if it happens. Your dr can also give you a prescription for Maxalon if you think you'll be able to keep it down long enough for it to work. Also, if it gets so extreme that you can't eat anything for two days or more, take a trip to the ER. I know it isn't fun, but they can help, give you some IV fluids so you aren't dehydrated and so bub is getting nutrients, and can sometimes gie you an injection of an antinausea drug (injection is yucky but good because you can't throw it back up).

ALSO the most important thing to remember when you have MS.... the baby will take what it needs from you, and leave you with the rest. Don't worry that you aren't feeding your baby... you're feeling so sick because the little one in there is taking everything from you and leaving you with nothing.

:hugs: I know how you feel, but it does get better. During the first three-four months I wondered why anyone would ever have more than one baby, why would you put yourself through that again, and I swore I'd never go through this again, but it does get better :hugs:
