I don't have any advice but I can relate, I was on bed rest from 30 weeks, hospitalised at 35 weeks because it wasn't working and finally birthed at 37 weeks.

I went insane.

Any new dvd's you want to see? Do you sew? Drawing, painting? Ever tried writing a short story? Paint a funky design on your finger nails? Into xbox/ps/wii, get a new game that you can play sitting down?
