Jess, maybe you need to take a little time out for yourself to distract you from things? Run yourself a nice deep bath and give yourself a bit of pampering might help you relax enough to go into labour. Our minds are powerful things and holding onto any emotional baggage - be it fear or other issues - can sometimes prevent us from going into labour. Even having a big old cry can help
