Hi all

Like Jackie, I broke my coccyx bone (when I was a teenager though), but haven't had any pain there *yet*. I go along to the aqua aerobics for pg women at the hospital and find it helps a lot with sore hips and joints. Rotating on a fit ball has also helped. I have been getting a sore pubic bone though, and when we started antenatal classes I got an answer that explains both.

Apparently when the ligaments go all soft through pg two of the joints that can suffer the most are at the front and the back because of this and the weight resting on them. Also, during labour the coccyx gets pushed out of the way, so I'm guessing it needs to be a bit looser for this to happen!!
