SPD, ice and baby turning...

So I have SPD causing a significant amount of inflamation in my pelvis.

I have a couple of stupid questions.. lol


Could the inflamation potentially stop me going into labor? Ive had pre labor for more than a week and a half but so far no progress at all. I know it could go on for weeks but it had me wondering.

Also I was advised by the physio to put ice on it to help reduce the inflamation. Ive read about people putting ice on the top of thier bump and a heat pack on the bottom to get bub to turn from breech. If my bub is already cephalic could icing my pubic bones encourage her to turn breech?

I feel like a moron even asking. Lol
