    Sports water ok?

I am trying to find ways to increase my water intake cause i'm starting to find plain water boring. I used to drink MIZONE sports water before I was PG and wondering if it's ok to drink.

I checked the label and it says INGREDIENTS:
Purified Water, Reconsistuted Apple Juice, Fructose, Apple Cider Vinegar, Vitamics (Asorbic Acid (C), B3, B5, B12), Acidity regulator (Citric acid), Passionfruit flavour.

From memory i think these are all water soluable so once i get my intake for the day the rest is just flushed out.. Is that correct??

    Hi

It sounds okay to me.. however I drank the flavoured water during my pregnancy that you can buy... I think you can get mandarine, lemon, pineappple flavours (think there are a heap more). I use to buy these at my local store or garage/ 7-elevens. I can't remember the company though.. sorry, someone else may know.

I hope so, I drank quite a few types of sports drinks with my last PG. I had terrible morning sickness, and the water which tasted ok to everyone else tasted like dirt to me so I struggled to drink enough plain water.

Sports drinks are fine, some high in sugar.

Its great to alternate between sports drinks and water when in labour...
