Just wondering if anyone knows if it is safe to spray tan whilst pregnant. I have a wedding in a couple of weeks (will be 16 wks then) and would love to looked sunkissed but don't want to risk anything...
not sure on the details pumpgirl, but i would say there are definitely chemicals in spray tans that you might not want to be having contact with. i'd look around for one that is the safest if i were you.. there is bound to be someone around who does a low chemical fake tan....? also i think a rub on one would be better than a spray to save you inhaling fumes and them getting in that way, but its all absorbed through your skin into your blood stream. good luck! you know, pale can be quite attractive as well :-)
Organic solutions are available and you can do it without harming bub! I spraytan at my work and have since I have been preggers and I haven't had any probs with bub at all except its getting in the way now so will have to stop soon LOL
I did during my last pregnancy. As Miss K mentioned there are chemical free ones. I googled it and found a fab woman who came to my house and did it for me. If I can find her card I'll let you know the Company name, but you should be able to find more info on the net. Good luck.
I was wondering the very same thing, i need a tan for my bothers wedding next weekend. I called the place where i normally get my fake tan done and they said its sure is "safe" for the baby and pregnant women cause its done in natural sugars. I think the tan is called tuscan tan from memory.
