    STARVING.........seriously I am!

Okay.....everday I am starving. I eat 3 meals a day and ahve my m/t and a/t and most nights a Caro in front of the telly (we try to limit dessert to one night per week unless we have fruit). I wake up in the night starving but roll over and go back to sleep.

I drink 2L each day plus other drinks so I cannt be dehydrated.

    This morning I had porridge....2 hours later....starving!

I was not like this with my boys...I prolly over ate with them with "eating for 2" going on in my head.

What do you girls eat throughout the day?

and another question before I forget...is Sustagen okay to have???? I can't remember.....

Oh, I was exactly the same when pg with DD! It must be a bub #3 thing because I was definitely hungrier with her than I was with my boys

I even started a thread asking for snack ideas LOL! The link is here: https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...ack-ideas.html Hopefully you find some ideas!

I eat every 2 hours because I am starving not long after eating.

I was worried about it initially thinking I'd stack on the weight but I haven't!

LOL so true plus us all growling out aloud for food which is what I do too. I've found constantly grazing on cashews or fruit or drinking milk helps plus eating a proper hearty breakfast & lunch with protein in both instead of just a sandwich helps. Mine has calmed down the last week which my team at work have really noticed as I'm not constantly off to the kitchen to whip something up or chomping away in meetings

OMG I am the same! I have to eat ALL the time otherwise I start to feel nauseas. I usually feel sick as soon as I wake up so I have to have breakfast ASAP.

I try to eat healthy foods such as crackers and fruit, but I always find myself snacking on chocolate and chips. At night im a sucker for ice-cream after dinner.

Sorry not sure about the sustagen.

Hmmm maybe this means we will have girls because I wasnt this hungry with DS either? lol
