LOL so true plus us all growling out aloud for food which is what I do too. I've found constantly grazing on cashews or fruit or drinking milk helps plus eating a proper hearty breakfast & lunch with protein in both instead of just a sandwich helps. Mine has calmed down the last week which my team at work have really noticed as I'm not constantly off to the kitchen to whip something up or chomping away in meetings

OMG I am the same! I have to eat ALL the time otherwise I start to feel nauseas. I usually feel sick as soon as I wake up so I have to have breakfast ASAP.

I try to eat healthy foods such as crackers and fruit, but I always find myself snacking on chocolate and chips. At night im a sucker for ice-cream after dinner.

Sorry not sure about the sustagen.

Hmmm maybe this means we will have girls because I wasnt this hungry with DS either? lol

I was always hungry when I was pg, sick as well, but always eating too. And I didn't put on any weight, probably because I threw it all up again. Anyway....

I just read the label on my tin of chocolate 'hospital grade' sustagen for you, and yes it can be taken during pg. It actually says so. Don't forget, you can make it with water, if you feel a bit green from too much milk, and it still tastes alright.

Hmmm, hungry now even though just had dinner, so excuse me while I go and make myself a big glass of sustagen. The Man says I still eat for two, even though I don't even bf much anymore.

I'm still treading that fine line between being starving and then wanting to throw it all back up again. Blerk. I can't wait for the nausea to go away and just be starving and stuffing my face!
