I've been having the same things Hope! Really bad stitch pains too, some have made me unable to move off the couch for a while as every time I moved it hurt like heck! And I noticed too thats bubs movements were not quite as active as they normally were. I cant walk for very long without getting a stitch like pain either lol. Its eased up a lot over the last few days, and boy has bubs been moving a lot. I dont know if that has anything to do with it lol.
I had to go to the docs a week ago about something else, and mentioned that to him and he said it was all completely normal for this stage as your stomach muscles are stretching more as bubs grows etc.
I'm also getting the back pain, its more my upper back at the moment. And my ribs! Bad rib aches and pains too. Oh and my right hip has been giving my occasional pain in my lower back, I sometimes have to hold it when I walk haha.
Your definitely not alone, I wouldnt stress too much but if it gets worse maybe give your middie a call
