Hey, just after some advice because of course I forgot to ask the dr today! I am about 5weeks 3 days pregnant. I started the couch to 5k challenge....say 5 weeks ago and am LOVING it. So I am starting week 5 and the running is getting longer. I have been really just jogging lightly and not breaking out in a sweat as I'm not pushing too hard, just want to make up the times.

So is it ok for me to keep going as long as I take it easy or should I go back to walking seeing I have only really just started this program? I am enjoying it...something I wouldnt have said about running 5 weeks ago...and I just got myself a $200 pair of runners!!! What do you think?
