Yucko.. had them on and off until around 3 months after Oskar's birth! I actually found that a little paw paw ointment helped me. Hope you find something to help! Oh and yeah I agree... I drink water like a fish and eat a good amount of fibre and still had issues!!! Begs the question how much is enough...lol.
