I also want to watch me weight this pregnancy

I was 67 b4 i waspreg with DS, and put on 15kg... I was around 75 in December time (didn't eat that badly this year, but didn't exercise, and lost no weight despite a lot of bf).. Anyway, have been using the crosstrainer (before i was preg though) and lost 3 kg so far

We are starting teh CSIRO diet next week (had to change a lot of the diet to suit our needs which is taking ages to work out a weekly plan that includes everything we need to eat).. It is safe for preg and bf which is good

I'm just going to try and keep to that (you can have 9 indulgance foods a week which should help with the MS), and it looks like you get to eat heaps

I'm going to try and keep up with the cross trainer as much as i can (my hr keeps going up a lot when i'm on it, so i wasn to check with my obs this week before i start doing my 8km 3 times a week), but i would be very happy if i could just stay that same this preg, which is in reality losing weight IFKWIM?

I'm worried if i say to anyone i'm dieting and preg i will get told off.. but from looking at the CSIRO it really is just a healthy eating plan which will help me to eat better (i also cope better having meal plans drawn up), so i don't think of it as a diet

Anyone know of some good exercises you can do from home while preg? I would love aqau aerobics, but don't have the time or money. I have a DVD, but i'm not sure i'll end up using it

lets hope the dr says i can use my crosstrainer until i have balance issues... i love it cos of the display - it really motivates me to keep going

Maybe we should start a pregnancy and weight loss thread in the exercise section ??
