I'm having BP issues also, and that's the same kind of thing i'm having.

Even if you have high BP, it could be caused by a sudden dip in your BP that goes back to normal. I would still get it checked out. Do you have a BP machine? Or a lot of chemists will take it for you also, perhaps have it taken and call the hospital back?
