My feet have just become extremely swollen feet, that is normal isnt it?
But they get tingly.. not like pins and needles like this irritating tingle i cant stand or sit or SLEEP.. it drives me insane! Its been the last 3 nights.

How do i stop my feet tingling and what it causes it?
