I think no, more for the potential disease risk than affecting the baby. And yes Bathsheba your wrong, I have TWO tattoo's and have only been stopped from giving blood in the 12 months after I got them (but I couldnt donate then anyway due to health reasons). I would be fine to do it now!

I say wait until AFTER you know if your pregnant or not and if you are, be like me and wait til you can get a nice tattoo about baby
