Temperature variations?

Hi gals
I have found myself experiencing quite significant temperature variations eg hot at night v cold during the day when it aint that cold outside. My hands and feet are iceblocks even though I have been walking around an hour a day.
Anyone else experienced this?

I am finding myself get real cold these days.. It might have something to do with the air con at work but I am freezing when it is 35 degrees outside!! And the aircon is not even on low.. I think its just a normal thing.

Yeah i get cold all the time even on hot days im inside with a blanket over me.... I think its all part of the pg journey..
