I have the similar pic of the shot betweent the legs that is pointy and at 13 weeks the sonographer leant towards boy. At 20 weeks it was a girl.... not far off and I will tell you if its right! If you have a full on side shot of the baby and the "nub" I could give you my guess.... google nub shot to see what I am talking about
