They couldnt find the baby :(

So I went to the dr at 1. They did the ultra sound and found....nothing. She said either my dr. was wrong and I'm not as far along as they said or that I had a miscarriage. They took blood to see what my HCG levels were at. I get the results tomorrow. She said they can see the baby when it reaches 1,000. But 2 weeks ago my level was 320 so shouldnt it be 1,000 by now? I dont know. Trying not to cry is hard

Hoping you're just not quite as far as you thought you'd be. My doc refused to send me for an u/s til she had my bloods back, coz she wanted my levels to say at least 6 - 8 weeks. She said that often nothing can be seen before then & she didn't want to cause unnecessary stress...

How far do you think you are?
I went for my first ultrasound, they couldn't see anything. Not even a dot on the screen.
Turns out I was only about 4 weeks along. Went back a few weeks later, and woah! There's a baby in there!

With this pregnancy, there was no baby seen at 5w5d although by my dates I was 7w. I was given the option to wait it out until the NT scan or to have a repeat scan 10 days later. I decided to wait it out and there was most definitely a baby there at the NT scan.

I had an ultrasound when my levels were almost 4000 and they couldn't see anything. I thought I was 5wks2days (I had a history of ectopic pregnancy and was a high risk of a repeat) That was a transvaginal ultrasound also. As I was having scans every few days until they could see if bub was in the right spot I had a repeat at 6wks and they could see a uterine pregnancy and fetal pole. Its pretty common under 7weeks not to find bub.

Hoping everything is ok. I know a friend of mine was told she had no baby there.. but she was 6w or so along. Lets hope its early days and you have a long healthy pregnancy xx
