its awful isnt it i would drink lots of water and try and walk when ever i could..U can ask the chemist what you can take that is safe as i know there is things that are ok to take , as if its bad its uncomfortable and u will end up with hemorrhoids

Prunes didnt work for me but iv heard ppl say that prune juice helped a lot, i couldnt drink it it was to sweet for me but it may work for u
