    ultrasound at 6wks

    Thanks for your replies ladies I'm just a little confused - will we see it if it's a normal u/s or can you only see it with a transvaginal scan? Sorry I'm confused!

    You would only see with transvaginal at this stage I think ( sorry ) so if they try and only do an abdo one insist on tv.

    Transvaginal would be the best and possibly only way at this stage IMO. The sonographers are capable of just switching implements from normal scan to transvaginal though
