Hey there. I too have PCOS and i always mistook my symptoms from that as being ones of pregnancy. I can't explain it but the symptoms were just different. I had cramping when i normally wouldnt, my boobs were the first thing i noticed to look different, i had dark blue/purpley veins and my nipples were so sensitive. I was extremely tired from the get go. Nausea didnt set in until about 5 weeks, though i had a bit of a dizzy spell the day i tested. Also my pee was very dark yellow which was another thing i noticed.
And i just knew i was pregnant, i told people i was before i even knew for sure but it was strange i had this overpowering sense of im pregnant.
I'm a fellow PCOS sufferor here, preg with No 2. Tell you what though, I think I kept the pregnancy test kit manufacturers in business while trying for our first
It was pretty much, 3 days before it was due, test, due date test, 4 days late test.....it is a bit of pressure but you will be dissappointed if you do one and find your neg or don't and the thinking you are keeps you excited longer, you know just in case...
