I have been googling it coz I was curious but can't find any info!! I want to know where your uterus is at each week of pregnancy iykwim.
When I had my scan at 13 wks she was putting the thing on my belly way up near my belly button sometimes and I thought it was nowhere near up to there yet, maybe she was just trying to get a different angle or something. I thought it was still down pretty low. Anyone know? I can't feel it. My whole belly just feels hard, lol.
I think it said (dont take my word though, bad prego brain here) that at about 12wks your uterus is the size of a grpaefruit or something. Your right about it being low down, as bub grows it will move up more and relieve the pressure on your bladder. Good luck

SJ - Although at 13 weeks your uterus is still fairly low, sometimes the scanner can get a better shot by going high and angling down if that makes sense!
As far as growth throughout pregnancy goes, by around 20 weeks your uterus is level with your bellybutton(generally!) and then grows by 1 cm above the belly button for each week after that! HtH
At 20wks the top of your fundus should be about where your navel is. At 12wks the uterus is just starting to pop out over the top of the pelvic bone. By now, if you have a bit of a feel around, you should be able to feel it yourself.
Thanks girls!! You'd think there'd be somewhere telling you week by week what's going on with the uterus. Goodle usually finds everything else! I don't know what size a grapefruit is, rofl.

Yeah that's why I started thinking about it coz I was reading about the baby's size and thinking what else is making my belly stick out so much then, lol, and then the u/s lady confused me too, she was all over my belly.
