Wanted: help with sleeping during pregnancy!

    Hi Ladies,
I am wondering if anyone has any cures to help me get some sleep! I toss and turn all night, and wake up feeling like i've had NO sleep what-so-ever... I have a body pillow for comfort, and drink camomile tea before bed, but they seem to do nothing for me! Any suggestions?

Not really - sorry not helpful I know but I think it's just one of those things. Wise people say it's your body getting ready for all those late night feeds! I try some days to stay awake all day so I am dead tired by bedtime. Other days I just sleep when I can .ie during DD's nap so I figure at least I am getting some sleep.

Maybe the tea isn't helping? Look at what you're eating a few hours before - if I have any lollies or chocolate then I'm a gonner!

    Help Sleeping...

Hi, i am now 33 weeks and found earlier on in pregnacy that exercise (min 30minutes) a day would help me sleep better. Prehaps if possible try swimming or walking is great also.
Reading a relaxing story (no crime or thriller type ones) would also help. I have been reading Mao's last dancer and its a great read.

Hope these help or that you find something else soon.

DD had this problem really bad with both pregnancy's so I got something form the Health Food Store that you spray under the tongue. Cannot remember the name but they will know what your are talking about when you say you spray it under the tongue.
