Hi all
Just curious as to what you use to wash bubs' newborn clothes in.
Unfortunately I can't use the Lux soap flakes as I have a frontloader. Any other recommendations?
I've been told that Amolin Sensitive Laundry liquid is quite good. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
TIA!!

I have done bubs clothes with Lux in my front loader. I dissolve the flakes in hot water and add them to the drum with the clothes. It's probably not reccomended or something.....
I just used our normal washing powder but used about half the amount i would for our clothes. Our machine also has a couple of extra rinse options, so I put all DD's loads of washing on with an "Intensive Rinse" cycle as well. She hasn't had any problems so far. Neither I or DF have sensitive skin though.
Amolin is awesome.
Also, from an environmental perspective, it is the best option you can buy at a supermarket. Bettter than Earth Choice, waaaaaaaaaaay better than aware. That's why we started using it, but now I'm just in love with the smell of it!
We use Amolin for all our clothes! love it!
Ive used Purity and am allergic to it, made me all itchy!
Another fan of Amolin here
We use Amolin here too.
Looks like Amolin is quite popular - that's great! Can't wait to do my first load of baby washing using this. There is obviously no need to use anything else in the same wash (i.e. fabric softner?), simply use the amolin liquid?
I used to use Earths Choice or Select Eucyluptus ( i think) wash.. clothes smelt great
I did all mine in Purity, smells lovely.
i just used any thing. she had no reaction.
i use purity (nesting much? washing everything baby way early) its good. it is thicker then i expected and takes ages to come out of the lid lol!!
If you go to your nearest health food store, you will see various kinds of eco-friendly brands of detergent that are free of harsh chemicals. EnviroClean is a goodie.
