I love a good red, but have never had more than a sip when pregnant because I was always worried about something happening, which really is silly because nothing is going to happen over 1 measly glass of wine.

Its your 30th and I say IF your comfortable with having a glass then do it, you do it as an educated woman making an educated decision.
