Those of you who have worn tubigrip during pg, how do you cope with it? I've been given some to wear this time around and I'm somehow supposed to last all day with it on.
I saw the physio sat morning and I was given the largest size that she had (she wasn't sure if it was too small) and I lasted about 2hrs with it on on sat. Sunday I lasted an hour and today I'm ready to take it off already <1 hr after putting it on.
It seems to roll up or down and dig into me. I'm constantly adjusting it particularly after and during sitting down - did not like the 15min drive to work this morning with the tubigrip moving![]()
I go back to the physio tomorrow as she was ordering a support belt for me(they were out) BUT how do I survive with the tubigrip til then - seriously it'll be lucky to make it last til 9am at the rate I'm going.
