weird pregnancy symptom!! Driving me INSANE

Can anyone please PLEASE tell me how to get rid of this??

At night i get this seriously weird feeling in my foot/ankle/lower leg- just the right one- and i just have to keep moving it to try to stop the feeling. Its so bad that it is keeping me up all night. I had it with my last pregnancy too, have never had it while not pregnant.

It set in much later last time and i didnt find a way of getting rid of it but it was only this bad at the very end ... im only just about half way now

Does anybody know what it is and how to fix it or even ease it enough so i can sleep?

Might be restless legs. Some women get that when pregnant. You could do an internet search for ways to get rid of it.

yep, sounds like restless legs to me, I had it earlier on in my pgcy, the physio at the hospital said theres not much you can do about it but there are some exercises theycan give you to try, I found they helped a bit, even if just enough for me to be able to drop off to sleep.

I get that too. I just try to stretch and move my ankle or leg around, tense and relax the muscles in my leg, or get up and walk around the house.

I know how frustrating it is. I get it even when I'm not pg!
