its not crazy as in OMG I wouldn't eat that, but just weird. I can't get enough of DS kraft cheese sticks....I normally wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole!!! And the other night whilst waiting at the pizza shop I made DH go 2 shops up & get me a chicko roll LOL....and I loved it!!!

I've been craving ice cream and sweet things, which is weird for me because I usually go for the savory/salty things.
I couldn't be bothered going to the shop one night so I mixed cold condensed milk with a few spoons of milo. DP took a taste and nearly retched!

In my first trimester I craved really acidic foods, like lemons and vinegar. I would suck the juice out of whole lemons and then eat them. It was so bad once that I went down to a cafe near where I worked and asked them for one of the lemons that they had in the bowl on display for decorative purposes. They gave it to me, thought it was strange and then told them I was pregnant and craving lemons. They still thought it was strange, but slightly less strange than before they knew I was pregnant.
I used to also drown my hot chips in vinegar. I always like vinegar, but I would drown them so much they went soggy and there was always a pool of vinegar left afterwards, which I would drink up. There were times where I would also take a swig out of the vinegar bottle.

Then during second trimester I craved Kiwi fruit. If it was a bit tart then it was better too.

During 3rd trimester it was chocolate covered strawberries, or just strawberries on their own. By that time I couldn't stand vinegar or other acidic foods as they gave me heartburn.

A friend of mine would eat raw flour straight outta the packet when she was pregnant - her DH would tell her off, he said it couldn't be healthy!

When I was pregnant with DS2 I craved cheese doritos with vanilla ice cream on them. I also craved the smell of sunscreen which was odd.

This pregnancy one of my biggest cravings was mashed avocado on hot chips... and nutri grain on ice cream.

Mum used to eat raw potatoes when she was pregnant with me!

I've been craving chicken nuggets, which really isn't that weird. Thought I suppose it is for me because I normally wouldn't eat them.

In my 1st trimester I craved, chips, chicken nuggets, cheese and more cheese!

Now I'm craving all sorts of stuff - recently it has been ham salad sandwiches, ice lollies, apples and oranges. I've totally gone off McDonalds, which is weird coz I could have one anytime. Thats good though coz I don't really want to be craving fast food.

Can't wait to see whats next......

I'm craving orange juice at the moment and I just ate some capers right out of the jar.

I'm totally off eggs which is killing me as I eat eggs every day. I can't even think about them right now, even typing that sentence almost made me retch.

My new one now is dumplings in chilli oil! Dad was in town the other night so I dragged him off to my favourite dumpling place for some

Also Vietnamese spring rolls from a great place in Erindale (Canberra), and my Mum's cornish pasties, but she lives in Canberra so I haven't managed to satisfy that craving yet I'll get both in one hit next time I go see her!

Mine has been any of the dark red fruits like berries...
I normally HATE pizza but recently at our local pizza shop I noticed on their dessert menu they had fresh berries with ice-cream or cream so when the boys got their usual spagetti bol pizza with sour cream drizzeled ontop (which I started them on early in my pregnancy) I asked for a berry pizza with sweatened cream as the base and ice-cream on top after it was cooked...
Other than that, It's been coffee using ice-cream instead of milk & sugar... I usually hate coffee and only drink tea.
I guess my little girl is going to be quite a "sweetie" heehee.. (i no, that was a bad one! )

Oh,oh and for my DS, I used to put butter, vegimite and a cheese single on a peice of bread (well 6 of them) roll them up with a skewer holding it together then put them in the oven to toast.. when ready, I'd dip them heavily in sour cream!! YUM!

Mine was gerkins and cottage cheese, I would just dip the gerkin right into the cottage cheese. With both pregnancies I craed hamburgers, it was just about all i lived on, and couldnt drive past a burger joint without making DH stop for one.
