    what is it??

my morning sickness has been gone for about 3 weeks now (WOOHOO!!!) Sunday at work i left early as i had what felt like an 'attack' i was breathing quickly, my head started thumping, i felt a little light headed and shaky... i quickly told my boss i had to go, juped in my car and drove home (60 seconds down the road) i wanted to cry the whole way home. once i was home for about 5 mins i was fine.

today i have had the same feeling twice.. not quite as bad, but similar feelings.

i dont know whether its like an anxiety attack?? ive never had it happen before.

i do wonder if im working myself up to do with work. id like to finish up work now... i work in a take away shop 20 hours a week, im on my feet the whole time, and im usually dead on my feet by the time i get home. i would be putting my work out a lot if i left, so i am thinking about telling them i want to cut my hours right back to about 9 a week (2 week night shifts) which would still put them in a spot, as we're short on workers as it is (yet they dont seem too fussed about it, it just means we feel guilty if we call in sick, and have to do twice as much as we should be) its so frustrating.

could this be whats causing it? its like stress i guess. should i go see my doc?

i would ring your OB or midwife to be sure.
Is it liek a tightening in your chest, in your sternum area? Thats normally where anxiety pain would be felt. But I would let them know, they are the experts!!

I think you need to get it checked out too, its a good idea to listen to your body when you are pregnant, I finally learnt this after having a difficult time this pregnancy.

I have finally stopped running around like crazy everything that was going wrong is easing (morning sickness, fundus height too small and a bad back)

At the end of the day it may be difficult for your boss if you stop work now but if its what is best for you and bubs isn't it more important?

Have you been getting enough Iron? Enough sleep?

Also is it hot where you are? Staying hydrated?

It could have simply been your body saying "I need you to stop right NOW!" so it can have a bit of a rest. It's exactly how I feel when I have been doing too much so you probably just need to chill.

Go get a massage and a facial babe!
