hi there all,
just a question on what i really need for a summer baby?
i'm due in 5 weeks- dec 15- and it's number 2, with ds being born last july- in the thick of a chilly winter. So he was easy to keep wrapped up, layer upon layer, in blankets, singlets, beanies ect....
so im just a little unsure of what i might need for this bub in the hot aussie summer!
any suggestions, ideas or what you did with your summer babe would be excellent!
TIA

Somewhere cool and comfy to feed - on the hot days bub will be thirsty and just want to snack a lot on that foremilk, if you breastfeed, so you will want to be well prepared with some good magazines/books and at least a drink bottle.
I agree with the singlets. I found some baby legwarmers handy for when we were in and out of places with cooling, I found it easier than putting pants on and off as the temperature changed.
I am in same position, so far have some singlets and some short sleeve no leg onsies and some thin cotton long sleeve and legs onsies.
All of the above. My little guy only wore singlets and nappies for ages - though it's really hot here fro a long time.
