Oh yeah, a hairdyer! Apart from the obvious, so you don't have wet hair, it's really nice to dry 'down there' if it's quite sore. Especially if you have stitches. You just use it on a really low, not too hot setting, and it does the job nicely I used it for the first two weeks I think! I did have an episiotomy though.
