anything you don't mind bleeding all over...sorry to be so graphic, but I didn't realise just how much blood and yuckiness there would be, and ruined quite a few really nice things. I would say something comfy, maybe trackpants, or similar. Maybe put in something which can sit under your belly in case you do end up with a c section.
