    You might benefit more from seeing a physio or just having a massage every now and then if you don't have an actual problem. Bowen might even be a good option for you too. I was already seeing my chiro for years before I first fell pg, so I continued seeing him throughout all 4 pg's just to keep things in alignment as my body adjusted to the extra weight and body changes etc.

    Chiropractors make sure that your spine and hips, neck etc are in alignment so that the nerve signals coming down from your brain along your spinal cord are reaching every cell tissue and organ in your body. As you know if those signals don't get through than you start experiencing disease in your body as the healing messages aren't being received. I was adjusted every week through my whole pregnancy and bub just came right out in 3.5 hours Having a clear path is obviously a plus for bubs arrival. Goodluck

    Our DS also gets adjusted and he loves it plus sleeps like a trooper after wards... ahhhhh bliss LOL
