LOL The worst thing about knowing that you are already dilated is that you keep wondering when it is all going to start to happen and you tend not be as relaxed as you could be. Of all the women I have known to be dilated before 40wks, it would be very nearly half and half as to how many went the distance to term or over and those who did go early.
