What leftovers are OK to eat?

Probably someone has asked this before, I know cold chicken is out, but when I make tea I often make more and we have the rest for lunch the next day, or I freeze it. I made a vegetarian korma the other day, and also a tuna pilaf (froze the pilaf). Are these OK to reheat and eat? I really don't like sandwiches and I don't want to have to buy soups or anything everyday...

Should be fine I think as long as they're stored properly and you heat them until they're really hot.

I think as a rule if its in the fridge it should be eaten within 24 hours. But frozen you should be ok I would think.

Anything is fine, even chicken as long as it's stored correctly and reheated until it's steaming hot.
Heat kills listeria bacteria which is the main danger.

Cool, thanks for the advice! Saves us money as well if we can eat leftovers

With the 24 hour thing - I think the rule is that if it's been in the fridge longer than 24 hours don't eat it raw. I think you get a bit longer for anything cooked. But definitely heat kills listeria so reheat food really well.
