With my last I had nausea before AF was due and was gagging when brushing my teeth especially. But I already knew for sure I was pregnant by then as I tested at 10DPO and it was a faint BFP. With my ectopic bub I suspected big time at only 1-3DPO because the sight of my nephews green snot make me spew and usually that wouldn't bother me. The times I have suspected I was pregnant before I have POAS were the times I didn't make it out of the 1st trimester. My 3 children I had no idea I was expecting until after I had a positive result.
