Thinking back on this pregnancy my first real sign was that I fainted around the time we concieved - not somethign I do on a regular basis thats for sure. My next real sign was getting my BFP
Nothing, no symptoms which scared me due to previous history of m/c. I was actually reading old BB threads when I was ttc and I had typed of no symptoms... funny b/c I thought I had sore bbies??
The day I tested, I was sitting at work and was STARVING hungry... like, eat-anything-in-sight, stomach-grumbling, if-I-don't-get-something-soon-I'm-going-to-yell-at-someone hungry. I thought to myself 'the last time I was hungry like this I was pg'.
I did a test that afternoon and bammo... positive.
With my last I had nausea before AF was due and was gagging when brushing my teeth especially. But I already knew for sure I was pregnant by then as I tested at 10DPO and it was a faint BFP. With my ectopic bub I suspected big time at only 1-3DPO because the sight of my nephews green snot make me spew and usually that wouldn't bother me. The times I have suspected I was pregnant before I have POAS were the times I didn't make it out of the 1st trimester. My 3 children I had no idea I was expecting until after I had a positive result. Goodluck when you test
horrible, painfrul heartburn that started at what would have been about 10 DPO...it didn't even occur to me that I was UTD...I did a POAS about a week later by chance and it was positive mild morning sickness started a few weeks later
Mine was a single wave of nausea that came and went very quickly very early, but I didn't put two and two together till later (and it may have been coincidence). I like to think the first sign I had was a dream the morning I got my BFP. I was charting my cycle, and at 12dpo I dreamt that I woke up, took my temp and got a 37.7, then POAS and got a BFP. When I woke up, my temp was in fact 37.7 and I did get a BFP! It was quite special.
I got a little out of breath after my usual power-walk into work (3km mostly uphill).
Needing a nap before dinner once or twice.
That's about it. I put the breast soreness down to my constantly hitting them to see if they were more sensitive or not. When I stopped hitting, they stopped hurting.
Oh yeah, and seeing the kicks making little 1" high hills in my stomach was a bit of a giveaway. But that was quite a way in.
Waking up tired, even after a good 9 hours sleep. And at work I could smell EVERYBODY'S perfume/cologne even when I would be out the back of the store! And at that stage I didn't even know I was PG. It was about a week after AF finished (yes, I got AF when I was PG. That's why I had no idea)
My nipples went purple!! Lol! The were hard ALL the time, from maybe 5dpo. The were so hard and purple and ouch, always poking out. It didn't even occur to me that they were like that because I was preg. I felt like I was getting af and only tested because the presence of pregnancy tests in the house was depressing me. BFP at 11dpo.
I had extremely chronic period like cramps. They were sporadic and I even went to get an ultrasound to check up what's going on in there as I thought it may have been ovarian cysts (which I'd had in the past). They then confirmed only through an internal ultrasound (as they couldn't see the pregnancy through normal ultrasound) that I was 5weeks4days pregnant so I put the pain down to implantation cramps as it was really full on for a couple of days. Soon after that it was ms and that last aaaages.
Sent from my iPhone more than likely while I should be doing something else!
