    Ash congratulations!

You are right to feel sensitive to the reactions and emotions of others but it is also your right to be happy - deliriously so!

oh Ash, huge congratulations!!! When are you due??? We must be only days apart. I am due July 15th, so maybe see you at belly buddies! Hope you are back to enjoying the high of finding out you are pregnant!!! Sometimes we say and do things that on reflection teach us a great lesson for life, so just take the experience and use it as you move forward don't let it get you down and hold you back!

    YAAAAYYY!! congrats Ash!

I didnt think I was pg, but on anzac day I didnt feel well, headachey and cranky.. Passed out by 8pm and slept through until 11am the next day! I barely drank anything which is sooo lucky cause being a defence day we usually drink a LOT, i tested 2 days after anzac day cause I was bored and not even due for AF yet and got the faintest line!!! Then everything else kicked in! Lol...

    Congrats

    To answer your first question:

    For me: With DS, Nausea.

With DD, increased appetite, quickly followed by nausea & vomitting.

    Congrats to you!!!!

Because we did IVF I was looking for symptoms....but every time i got a BFP I had this weird feeling. It felt like a when your eye twitches involuntary and was locacated at the front down quite low where I assume my uterus is.....It was really weird but very distinct. I have had 4 BFP's within 8 months and every time felt the same 'twinge' - weird and freaky!

But as far as conventional symptoms with DD it was sense of smell but I didn't recognise it as a symptom (I told DH his dinner smelt like 'poo'). With the first two IVF BFP's I just knew. I felt weird and it was a really weird tingly feel in my boobs....from about 8DPO. With the last two BFP's (including the one Im preg with now) I would have sworn I was NOT pregnant as there was not a single sign except missing AF.

With my boy - I had the flu lol and I didn't get the usual bleed from the sugar pills while on The Pill lol
With my girl - It was the day after my birthday and I didn't feel like AF was going to come, DH bought me a test as a birthday present and it was positive lol
With this one - at 3wks 1d fried eggs made me feel sick! I love fried eggs... except when I'm pregnant ROFL that's the only time I can't stand them. Next day I got a faint BFP, and it got stronger the next day

With DS my first symptom was banana cake craving at 6am! Then realising that i had a metallic taste in my mouth and my period was late.
With my second pregnancy I was charting, so my high temp gave it away....followed by sore nipples when bfing my son and i could smell everything (including stinky bins and mould around our sink!!).
With third pregnancy my obsessive desire to rearrange my house and leg cramps.
With this pregnancy my extreme tiredness, increased sense of smell & my bloated tummy and feeling full all the time (and i'm only 3weeks 5 days and i've suspected for about 4 days now! and today when i tested i'm only 12DPO)

A belated congratulations to you Ash

I just found this thread as I'm having a sudden freak out about maybe being UTD. Not that it would be a bad thing, it's just not at all in our plans for now. I had decided that 2012 was going to be about getting more ahead with our finances and me getting fit and healthy (currently 12 kilo's lost, 20 to go)
DH and I have only used condoms since DS was born. But we do make sure we're very careful and use then correctly. I know for sure though that we DTD during O time this cycle. If I were preg I'd only be 8DPO but today I've had lower back ache, cramping and also achey legs. I've also been dashing to the toilet more than usual. I know the chances would be slim, I mean how many people realistically fall preg when using condoms. But now the seed is planted in my head and I'm so tempted to buy a FR on my way home and test in the morning (I got a feint BFP with DS at 9DPO last preg).
    EEEEKKKKKK!!!!!!
