thanks for all the replies girls. I've been taking 2 x my vit B tabs in teh morning to give me a kick but they aren't starting to work for a couple of hours even! Today I managed to do that washing and ironing which is a start and dh and I got one little outside job done so I guess that is something. I hope my Vit B tabs are working tomorrow cause I've got a big day planned of re potting plants, looking at prams, pilates and then out to dinner which is a 30 min drive away... Lord help me not to pass out at the dinner table

I finished work at 36 weeks and had bubs at 38 and 4 days. The two weeks i spent laying around the house i was heaps tired though i wasnt really doing anything and fell asleep heaps. Like the other ladies i didnt clean or organise with my nesting but made a big batch of cookies the day before i went into labour. Previous to that i had the nursery etc done very early in my second trimester, so *shrug* each person does their own thing.

I went into hypernesting mode at about 37 weeks...lasted until about 3 days before I had her (8 days overdue lol) I was unstoppable...I mowed the lawn in 46 degree Perth heat on my due date and washed both cars, moved furniture around the house, cleaned out cupboards, reorganised my linen press....the whole lot!!
and I LOVED it. And I redid EVERYTHING I had done earlier in the pregnancy too.

I worked until I was 8.5 months, 16 hours a day, but I slept on my 2 hour split in my car everyday Aside that I wasn't really very tired until the 3 days before she was born when the nesting left me and the "you had better rest woman" kicked in.

I remember getting into the 'nesting' stage at 25wks pregnant! Then it died off after a couple of days then from 39wks, I was a terror! You may even remember the thread that I started with all the things I did in one day!
