When did you start to show?

    Hi Girls,
I am just over 14 weeks with my first pregnancy and I was wondering if you girls could tell me when you first started to show? I don't really feel like I am apart from maybe being a little flabby from eating more and not much exercise!
I don't know if this is normal but I keep worrying that something might be wrong!?
Has anyone else felt like this before?

I was 16 weeks before I started to really show.

I had a bit of a gut at 13 weeks but that was squishy and bloat.

Don't worry hun, everyone is different and you're still early on for showing.

The way I understand it is that with your first pregnancy you'll take longer to show. Your waist thickens before anything else.
Please don't worry that it means something is wrong, it's completely normal. You'll probably be one of those girls who suddenly pop overnight!!

I think for me I 'popped out' at 16 weeks and now i look rather pregnant..before then i felt like I was just flabby and fat.. I honestly did not beleive that I was pregnant, only just coming to terms with it now.. (at 18 1/2 weeks)

Seems like a really long time ago, so memory is a bit fuzzy, but I reckon with my DS I was about 18 weeks or so before I stopped just looking pudgy & started to look pregnant. This time around I was about 14 weeks when (I think) I started actually looking pregnant. It's pretty normal for things to take a bit longer to appear when it's your 1st, and also, everyone is really different anyway, so try not to worry too much, or to compare yourself to others, cos it will drive you mental...

I guess it depends how much extra padding you have around the middle to begin with. I started to thicken around the waist at about 16 weeks, but only startd to pop at about 25 weeks with first PG and 22 weeks with this PG.
