    When to start having RLT?

    I know this question has probably been asked many times before, but...

    When should you start drinking RLT, and how many cups a day should you be having at what stages?

    when to start drinking RLT and taking/inserting EPO?

    I start in the second tri, but not a lot. Then start increasing after 30 weeks.

    I started about a weeks ago, just on one cup a day. On tuesday I will increase that to 2 cups a day, then 3 the next week. When I get to 36 weeks, I'll switch to a homeopathic mixture that I get sent down from qld. I find it's more effective than just rlt cos it has other goodies in there as well. Will give you a link if you want.

    :yeahthat: around 34 weeks I started the tablets too which are a stronger concentration. I didn't mind the tea, but found it hard to get through more than a couple of cups a day.

    The Meher Clinic - on the Sunshine Coast - google it They do a pregnancy mix with stuff for before labour, during labour and after birth.

    I started drinking RLT at 34 weeks last time.....I can't remember how many a day, probably 2 cups a day (started with 1 a day).
    This time I will do the same. I just get mine from the health food store near us.
    I really do think it helped me before I went into labour as I was getting lots of pains and stretching pains for weeks before I went into labour, I think it was helping. ITMS!

    I started today, cos i bought it today!
    One cup - but as it is hot i have infused that into my iced tea maker and added lemon juice - Yummo
    Will increase over the next few weeks.

    I started about 32 wks but wasn't on it for long because I got an allergic reaction and got covered head to toe in a rash!!! Hospital thought I had the measles until I worked out I just started drinking it.
