LOA is the way baby *should*come out so their head should fit better in your pelvis when they are there- and perhaps that is why it's more comfy. I found it SUPER uncomfy when my baby was in ROA too. They were only there for a little bit while turning from posterior to anterior but jeepers it was uncomfy! Hope your baby moves soon.
