I was told the same as Marcellus at a birthing class i did. a baby will rotate clockwise from loa as it goes down through the pelvis, if it's on the Roa position it has to rotate much further and is more likely to be a posterior labour. I have no idea why it's more uncomfortable for you now though, maybe bubs has it's elbows sticking out.
