I think the whole thing is just ridiculous really. I can't believe that they don't even give women ALL of their options.

There are books you can read like "A Thinking Womens Guide to Better Birth" and "Silent Knife"... And getting a birth advocate, a doula. Have a phone around & you can get support now even.
