im having my 3d/4d scan in August and just wanted to know if anyone has used the "window to your womb" people to do it? i have to get them to come to my home because it too far away from me... so yeh... im abit worried about how their service will be.

I have not used them but I have marked the link in my favourites as well as another one in Melbourne for 3D - I liked the look of their website and I think they will be great! We will have to drive the 2.5 hrs to Melb to get ours so I see it as awesome that they are coming to you!!

Personally I'd be a bit concerned about someone who comes to you. I can't imagine that scanning equipment that is portable would be all that clear. I've had 3D & 4D scans done during this pregnancy at an OB's office and he has the best equipment available (he's one of the few that do amnios) and there's no way it could be made portable.
thanx for ur replies girls. Im really not feeling comfortable with them coming here. I might give them a ring and just take the 3-4 hour drive to one of there offices. If it makes me feel better at the end of the day, i think thats what counts.

I'd used this service recently, dispite being told not to by my husband (as this is a mobile service) and I am very disappointed with it all. The service is very lousy and when you ring, you can only talk to a messenger service, who passes on the message, you cannot talk to a person in charge. I am very dissatisfied with this service and urges anyone who is thinking about using it to forgo this service.
I used them at 28 weeks with #3 and i can't fault them. Even when i rang i talked to a real person. I got the best DVD and gorgeous pictures of bub and the guy was very thourgh showing us every little bit of bub.
I was going to use this service but after the crappy service just trying to get onto them I am going elsewhere. I emailed them, no reply. So I rang and talked to a person, she wasn't very helpful then she was meant to find out when they were in our area and call me back. Never called me back. If they can't be bothered giving proper service I will go elsewhere.
I had this service done resently and it was the best experience for my whole family and my boys often sit down and watch there little sister on dvd and has bought them closer to our baby it was great very proffesional and friendly service.
they were wonderful, if you want to check my ultrasound pics you can see them in the gallery. I have no complaints about them or their service, and it was so handy having them come to my place, in the comfort of my own home. just excellant.
Would be users of this service beware, we are still waiting for the photo's of our "A WINDOW TO YOUR WOMB" ultra sound several months after the ultra sound was taken. Our baby is now 3.5 months old and we have yet to see any ultra sound photo's of our unborn baby its like they have just taken our money and run. Whenever we ring to find out where the photo's are they never answer our calls unless we call from different phone lines because they must recognise our numbers from the caller ID and when we do finally get through all we get told is that they are in the post and this excuse is getting old fast! I would personally not reckon mend them as they have proven to me not to be true to their word and now its is to late to try again and the once in a life time photo's of our unborn baby are lost forever. If we had our chance again I would spend the time and money and go to a different company that does the ultrasound at their own premises and ditch this unprofessional mobile door to door service. Do yourself a huge favour and find someone else to perform this service for you and avoid "A WINDOW TO YOUR WOMB" at all cost.
The thing with this company is, each sonographer runs their own business. So it's not the company's fault that you have had a bad expereince, it's the sonographers. I guess it's just the luck of the draw if you get a professional sonographer or not.
The so called sonographer that came to us was the guy that set up and originally owned this service before he franchised it out, he is trying to get it started interstate and overseas. He cant be very professional if he cant return one phone call after the hundreds that we have made to his "message service" one phone call is all we ask for to let us know where our photo's are and to produce a result. I guess that our only option now would be to seak legal action against him and against "a window to your womb". I have met second hand vacuum cleaner salesmen that are more professional and honest than this bunch. By the way does anyone have a contact number for this mob all the numbers I have I get no reply.
