I made a yummy veg and chicken soup today and we have loads leftover. I really want to have some again tomorrow but I have one concern, I used leftover BBQ chicken in it so will it be safe for me to eat?
We bought the chicken fresh (and piping hot!) yesterday. It was refrigerated after we'd made our lunch and then I used the leftovers in the soup I made tonight. I'm sensible but I don't go overboard with my pregnancy eating habits and don't worry about listeria much but this one has me thinking. Would it be really bad for me to eat the soup tomorrow?
